Yes. The Free plan includes 150 credits and 100 API requests each month, plus CSV uploads up to 250 rows. No credit card required.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Paid subscriptions can be managed from your account billing panel, and access continues until the end of the paid period after cancellation.
Do credits expire?
Paid subscription and PAYG credits never expire. Free plan credits reset to 150 on the 1st of each month.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first month of any new subscription. Reach out from your account or email support.
Can I pay in INR?
Yes. For Indian customers, we can activate plans after Razorpay or Instamojo payment-link confirmation when automated checkout is not the best fit.
Are every feature and workflow separately rate limited?
No. Validation, bulk CSV rows, and deliverability reports spend credits. API calls are consumed only by API-key traffic and remain separately rate limited.
What does inbox placement include?
Inbox placement is diagnostic access for controlled seed workflows. It can show sample folder outcomes, schedules, user-authorized SMTP sends, and provider heatmaps, but it does not guarantee inbox placement for every recipient.
What does Incident Report include?
Incident Report is available on Solo and higher plans. It combines deliverability report, validation, and any linked evidence into a ranked root-cause fix plan.
