Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Paid subscriptions can be managed from your account billing panel, and access continues until the end of the paid period after cancellation.

Do unused tests roll over?

Monthly plan allowances reset at the start of each billing period. PAYG wallet credits are available for validation and deliverability testing bursts.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first month of any new subscription. Reach out from your account or email support.

Can I pay in INR?

Yes. For Indian customers, we can activate plans after Razorpay or Instamojo payment-link confirmation when automated checkout is not the best fit.

Are every feature and workflow separately rate limited?

No. Monthly deliverability tests, email validations, and bulk CSV rows are shared across the web app and API. API calls are consumed only by API-key traffic. Per-minute API limits are documented in the API reference.

What does inbox placement include?

Inbox placement is diagnostic access for controlled seed workflows. It can show sample folder outcomes, schedules, user-authorized SMTP sends, and provider heatmaps, but it does not guarantee inbox placement for every recipient.

What does Incident Report include?

Incident Report is available on Pro and Agency plans. It combines deliverability report, domain, placement, DMARC, and list-quality evidence into a ranked root-cause fix plan.
