Refund Policy

A simple refund policy for customers using checkout or approved payment links.

Before requesting a refund

Please include the account email, plan, payment date, and the workflow that did not meet expectations. For technical issues, we may first help reproduce the deliverability report, validation job, API request, or billing state so the refund review has the right context.

First-month guarantee

If WillItInbox is not a fit, contact us within 14 days of your first paid month and we will review a full refund for that first payment.

Credit add-ons

Unused validation credit add-ons can be reviewed for refund within 7 days of purchase. Consumed credits are not refundable.

Manual payments

When an approved payment link is used, payment references are stored for auditability and account activation. Refunds are processed through the original payment provider whenever supported.

Abuse and policy violations

Refunds may be denied for accounts suspended for spam, abuse, unauthorized probing, chargeback fraud, or violation of the Terms of Service.
