Credit add-ons
Unused validation credit add-ons can be reviewed for refund within 7 days of purchase. Consumed credits are not refundable.
Manual beta payments
During private beta, payment references are stored for auditability and account activation. Refunds are processed through the original payment provider whenever supported.
Abuse and policy violations
Refunds may be denied for accounts suspended for spam, abuse, unauthorized probing, chargeback fraud, or violation of the Terms of Service.
