These terms define how WillItInbox can be used for deliverability testing, validation, monitoring, API workflows, and team workspaces.

Use WillItInbox for lawful deliverability diagnostics, validation, and email quality workflows. Do not use the platform to harvest addresses, send spam, bypass provider abuse controls, or probe systems you do not have permission to test.
You are responsible for keeping your login, API keys, and workspace access secure. API keys should be treated like passwords and revoked immediately if exposed.
WillItInbox provides diagnostic evidence and confidence scoring. SMTP and catch-all results can be inconclusive when providers block, greylist, or route mail defensively, so results should be used as guidance rather than a guarantee of delivery.
Plans include monthly fair-use quotas for tests, validations, bulk rows, and API calls. We may throttle or suspend abusive usage that harms service reliability or violates these terms.
Paid upgrades may be activated through automated checkout or approved payment links. Billing records, subscription status, and quota changes are tracked from the account workflow.
When you submit personal data on behalf of a business or other organization, a WillItInbox Data Processing Agreement is available and applies only once incorporated into your executed order or otherwise expressly accepted by both parties. You remain responsible for lawful instructions and notices to data subjects.
We work to keep WillItInbox reliable, but diagnostic and monitoring services may change as the product matures. Critical production dependencies should monitor their own email systems as well.
